About: This is the stirring section heard right at the beginning of the track that many people will recognize as being ‘the music from Gladiator’ upon hearing it. It also crops up as a leitmotif within the rest of the soundtrack, such as at the end of ‘Barbarian Horde’ – usually where there is some sort of victory within the film.
On Playing: Play strongly and with purpose. The cross-fingering and upper note are both common enough, so should present you with little problem.
